Business Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing business consulting services across our products, including implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support.

  • This role involves working closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SaaS model, experience in business analysis or consulting, and excellent communication skills.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Facilitating requirements workshops with customers using standard methodology templates.
    • Analyzing customer business processes to ensure alignment with associated policies and identifying areas of misalignment.
    • Collaborating with Technical Consultants to design a solution that meets customer requirements.
    • Configuring the product suite to conform to the documented solution design and making evolutionary improvements through prototyping.
    • Preparing test cases and detailed scripts to support customer functional and user acceptance testing.
    • Training customers in advanced aspects of product use and administration.
    • Contributing to continuous improvement in the 'way we work' through best practice and forums.
    • Managing personal relationships with customers to ensure long-term relationships are enabled.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum three years of business analysis or consulting experience.
    • Good understanding of the SaaS model.
    • Minimum one year of UML or similar process modelling experience.
    • Minimum one year of data modelling experience.
    • Experience in Objective ECM would be desirable.
    • End-user training delivery experience would be desirable.
    • Significant participation in functional, integration, or UAT testing on at least one project.
    • University Degree Qualified, ideally in Business and/or Technology.

You will also be required to execute assigned tasks within the methodology framework, on time and to satisfactory quality.
