Job Overview

We help businesses thrive by utilizing our expertise in enterprise resource planning software and related services.

As a leader in end-to-end business application solutions, we aim to assist our clients in working more efficiently and making better business decisions.

  • Develop comprehensive solutions that meet client requirements, including solution and implementation approaches, effort and cost estimates for proposed solutions.
  • Contribute significantly towards creating Business Cases for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to design and generate Rough Order of Magnitude estimates.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Align and engage all stakeholders necessary for Deal Execution – including Delivery, Risk, Bid Management, License and Commercial Finance teams.
  • Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for collation and overall design of solution bid response or proactive proposal.
  • Liaise and coordinate with other knowledgeable resources including Delivery, Practice Leads, other Solutioning Team members, Lines of Service and Industry experts as needed to ensure delivery feasibility.

This is a position for an experienced professional with strong solution knowledge and deep implementation experience.

The Solutions Architect is crucial in translating client expectations into a compelling proposal based on CS&D Portfolio and in close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and all Sales teams.
