Job Description:

We are seeking a Strategic Business Solutions Expert to lead the investigation and documentation of business needs, problems, and opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop business cases that define potential benefits and options for achieving these benefits through process improvements.
  • Apply knowledge of business analysis methods and techniques to understand and articulate business processes and contribute to business outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify their needs, reach agreement on objectives, and gain commitment to achieving results.
  • Evaluate various artefacts such as business requirements, architecture roadmaps, specifications, and feasibility studies.
  • Analyse complex ICT business problems into manageable activities.
  • Complete work within timeframes and quality requirements, share expertise with others, and guide less experienced employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or Diploma in business, business analytics, or information technology.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and driving scope, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for large initiatives.
  • Able to establish documents articulating requirements, standard operating procedures, and complex flows via diagrams.
  • Understanding of IT development principles and practices.
