About the Opportunity:

  • Maintain infection control standards and procedures, upholding the practice's commitment to patient care and well-being.
  • Meet and greet patients, providing a positive first impression and setting the tone for their visit.
  • Book and amend appointments, answering phone calls and updating patient records with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the practice manager and clinical team in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice, contributing to a dynamic and supportive work environment.
  • Make patients aware of dental services and offers, promoting our comprehensive range of treatments and enhancing patient satisfaction.
  • Handle payments efficiently and effectively, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to financial protocols.
  • Access sensitive information while maintaining patient confidentiality, upholding the trust placed in us by our patients.
  • Offer high-end patient care, building and maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly and warm manner, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.

What You'll Bring:

  • Ideal 2+ months experience in Australia as a Dental Assistant, with a strong track record of delivering excellent patient care.
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is highly regarded, and you'll be compensated accordingly based on your level of expertise.
  • Current Working with Children's Check, or willingness to obtain one, demonstrating your commitment to safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
  • A motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passionate advocate for customer service and patient care, driven to exceed expectations and build long-lasting relationships.
  • An organized individual with attention to detail, able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • The ability to build rapport with patients, creating a cheerful and light-hearted atmosphere that puts everyone at ease.
