Job SummaryAs a Family Support Specialist, you will provide expert support to children, young people, and their families. Your key responsibilities include implementing evidence-based interventions, such as parenting strategies and life skills coaching.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement family support plans that cater to individual needs.
- Conduct regular home visits and engage in early intervention strategies to improve safety and wellbeing outcomes.
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Valid Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
