About the Role

- Provide personalized support to clients, empowering them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance client outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of high school or equivalent education.
- Certificate 2 or 4 in Individual Support or willingness to complete within a specified timeframe.
- Lived experience or paid experience working with people with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
