About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Performance Manager to join our team at ISS Integrated Serv P/L in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the performance of contracts, ensuring compliance with client and company requirements, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Performance Management: Monitor contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), provide analysis and guidance to improve and streamline processes, and ensure compliance with operational scope.
  • Financial Management: Prepare, review, and manage monthly billing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client and company contractual scope.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure contract terms are adhered to and align with our business objectives/KPIs.
  • Contract Compliance: Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed terms and conditions.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Keep detailed records of all documents, amendments, and communications, and ensure all data are properly filed and easily accessible.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve contract-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support and Collaboration: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information related to the contract, and work closely with the Client and ISS key stakeholders to ensure financial data is available and updated as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years minimum in Contract Management, preferably within the energy, utilities, or resources sectors.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of operational implementation strategies to enhance productivity, systems management, labour, and costs.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and implement process improvements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
