We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Contract Manager to join our team at Michael Page Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing an existing contract package related to facilities maintenance and ensuring the effective management of all relevant sites.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Performance Monitoring: Monitor and generate reports on contract performance to ensure that all stakeholders are performing in accordance with the contractual requirements and obligations.
- Contract Adherence: Ensure adherence to contractual obligations through the effective management of milestones, service levels, project budget, and relevant compliance.
- Stakeholder Management: Effective management of relevant stakeholders inclusive of performance reviews/management and status/project meetings; building mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders at each facility is crucial for success in this role.
- Incident Investigation: Investigation of contractual queries and analysis of relevant data to identify the cause of incidents that have affected contract performance.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience developing and executing supplier/performance management plans.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar or equivalent position.
- Motivation: Driven and motivated by the wider purpose of a non-for-profit organization.
- Travel: Willing and able to travel to various facilities throughout WA; a vehicle is included within the package for this role.
The successful individual will have the opportunity to exclusively manage an existing contract pertaining to the provision of facilities maintenance for all of our client's relevant sites. This role would be ideal for an individual who wants to leverage a passion and demonstrated skill set within contract and performance management, while also having the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
