About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Advisor, providing end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle while leading the delivery of key initiatives and programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing practical advice to People Managers on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations, as well as supporting workforce planning, capability development, and organisational design.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices.
  • Partnership with project teams to deliver consistent HR support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Driving the implementation of performance, talent, and reward frameworks aligned with organisational goals.
  • Contribution to employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Assistance with change management, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.

Requirements for the Role Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • Proven capability in an HR role within a large matrixed organisation.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and workforce planning.
  • Service orientated and ability to navigate complexity.
