Job Summary

Mallee Family Care seeks an experienced professional to join their team as an Integrated Family Worker. This role involves delivering flexible and intensive support to families in need, working with vulnerable children and young people.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting children and families across the child and family support/child protection continuum. They will also possess relevant qualifications and experience in dealing with children who have experienced trauma and interrupted attachment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver flexible and intensive support to families in need, working with vulnerable children and young people.
  • Work with families to identify and work towards goals that reduce risk to children and/or young people.
  • Provide support and guidance to families on health and safety issues.
Requirements
  • Accredited qualification relevant to the position at Degree Level or above.
  • Passion and commitment for supporting children and families across the child and family support/child protection continuum.
  • Experience in dealing with children who have experienced trauma and interrupted attachment.
