Emergency Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing primary care, clinical monitoring, and patient care for low and medium acuity cases.

You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for providing clinical handovers for all transfers and complying with clinical and operational policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work professionally as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paramedical science, nursing, or emergency health care, with experience working in a patient transport setting. You will also need to hold a current full driver's license and have a good driving record.

In addition to your technical skills and qualifications, you will bring a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary care, clinical monitoring, and patient care for low and medium acuity cases.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of Diploma or Bachelor of Paramedical Science, Bachelor Nursing or Diploma of Emergency Health Care.
  • 400 on-road clinical hours.
