Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated healthcare professional to join our team in Swan Hill in a part-time role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating high-quality clinical care aligned with industry standards
  • Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals

  • Liaising with families, doctors, and allied health professionals to coordinate care
  • Actively participating in accreditation, documentation, and continuous improvement

You will work closely with our Care Manager and General Manager, becoming a key player in a collaborative, forward-thinking care team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Understanding of aged care standards and the Residential Classification Scale
  • National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with ACFI and aged care documentation
  • Knowledge of government aged care standards and accreditation
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
