Compassionate Support Worker

We are seeking Personal Care Assistants to join our care team on a casual basis. Our focus is on giving back to older adults by fostering communities of belonging.
The PositionThe successful candidates will provide competent personal care, support and assistance to all residents under the direction and guidance of the senior clinical team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care to assist residents to maintain independence and dignity with respect to activities of daily living and lifestyle.
- Attend to meal delivery and refreshments as required.
- Record observations on relevant assessment charts and documents any observed exceptions to the care plan in the progress notes; and reports such to the EN/RN.
- Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
- NDIS check (or ability to acquire).
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in residential aged care.
