We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to take up a challenging role at an aged care facility.
The RoleThis position involves delivering high-quality clinical nursing care to residents while adhering to industry standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Compiling comprehensive histories from residents and/or family members to identify individual care needs.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivery, including resident assessments and care plans.
- Administering medications to residents and ensuring correct ordering, storage, and documentation procedures are followed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong clinical and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience, preferably in aged care.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
- Knowledge of Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
- National Police Certificate.
