The Opportunity

This role involves providing exceptional customer support and resolving a wide range of queries for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • You'll be the first point of contact for our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, providing support and guidance.
  • You'll maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You'll confirm and manage customer bookings.
  • You'll manage a variety of customer inquiries, including operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, and complaints.
Requirements
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on customer service is required.
  • You'll work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • You'll need attention to detail and a proactive approach to First Call Resolution.
