
Customer Experience Transformation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support and resolving a wide range of customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, providing support and guidance.
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Confirm and manage customer bookings.
- Manage customer queries, including operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, and complaints.
Requirements:
- Experience within a call centre environment is desired but not essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to First Call Resolution.
We operate a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy. Shortlisted candidates must be prepared to undergo a full pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening. National Police Clearance is also required.
