Explosive Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to bring innovative wireless blasting technology to life on customer sites.

About the Role:
  • As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers to deliver safe and effective blast results.
  • You will provide product stewardship support to customer stakeholders on site, working within our technical services team to achieve high-quality blast outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To partner with trusted customers, delivering long-term value to their operations through safe and reliable blasting practices;
  • To work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, leveraging your problem-solving skills to drive success in high-pressure situations;
  • To deliver safety initiatives that align with industry values, ensuring a safe workplace environment for all.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, who can quickly adapt to new technologies and systems. You will be responsible for providing expertise to customers, facilitating the delivery of high-quality blasting services and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Requirements:
  • A current shotfiring license or degree qualification in engineering would be advantageous but not mandatory;
  • Experience using electronic blasting systems (EBS) would also be beneficial but not essential;
  • A genuine enthusiasm for delivering cutting-edge technology to customers is essential;
  • You must possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to think critically and remain calm under pressure;
  • A process-driven approach to your work and adherence to established procedures is crucial.
