About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our Trade Planning team at Spotlight Group Holdings, Australia's iconic retail powerhouse.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales across multiple channels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns and ensure timely delivery of materials, including the production of marketing collateral such as catalogues and point-of-sale materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Plans
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Lead Marketing Collateral Production
    • Lead the production of marketing collateral, such as catalogues and point-of-sale materials.
  • Build and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing goals.
  • Manage New Store Openings
    • Manage new store openings and support marketing initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Support Head of Marketing
    • Provide support to the Head of Marketing on various projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 Years of Marketing Experience
    • You must have a minimum 5 years of experience in marketing planning and management.
  • Proven Project Management Skills
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Adaptability and Teamwork
    • Adaptability to a dynamic retail environment and strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Marketing Software Proficiency
    • Proficiency in relevant marketing software and tools.
  • Marketing or Business Degree
    • Marketing or business degree preferred.
