MULTIVAC Australia is on the hunt for a Warehouse Coordinator who can keep our warehouse running smoother than a well-oiled conveyor belt.Why this isn't your average job ad:We're looking for someone who doesn't just "move pallets" we want someone who coordinates chaos into order, wrestles logistics into submission and somehow makes inventory checks fun (or at least tolerable).
If that sounds like you, keep reading...Your mission (should you choose to accept it):Make sure inbound and outbound shipments actually arrive on time.Keep stock levels in check and hunt down discrepancies.Ensure our warehouse is WHS-compliant because safety first, superhero capes optional.Optimize our warehouse layout -Tetris skills a plus.Liaise with suppliers, transport providers and our internal teams to keep everything moving.Maintain and check equipment so no forklifts stage a rebellion.Some lifting and moving stock required (basically a workout with benefits).
Flexibility in working hours might be needed (because sometimes pallets have their own schedule).
Who you'll report to:Day-to-day: State/Service ManagerPlus, you'll be rubbing shoulders with sales, customer service teams and the occasional friendly compliance officer.What we need from you:Prior experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.Strong knowledge of inventory control (and a little bit of psychic ability helps).
WHS savvy - safety is serious but fun signs on forklifts are encouraged.WMS and Microsoft Office skills.Problem-solving and organizational wizardry.A forklift license and yes the ability to operate machinery safely.Experience with MULTIVAC?
