We are seeking a supervisor to coordinate and oversee our transport and loading operations in the afternoon/evening. Duties include:

Loading and unloading trucks, data entry, monitoring line haul drivers (including hours, slots, and delays) are key responsibilities of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading trucks with efficiency and care.
  • Entering data accurately and on time.
  • Monitoring line haul drivers to ensure timely arrivals and departures.

This is an afternoon shift role. The successful candidate will work closely with other supervisors to ensure seamless operation of our depot.

The ideal candidate will have experience in people management and be able to communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements for Success
  1. A valid HR licence is essential for this role.
  2. Logbook experience is highly regarded but not necessary.
  3. The successful candidate must be available to work afternoons from 1 pm to approximately 11 pm.
  4. Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol test and medical is required.
  5. Strong people management skills and experience are necessary for this role.
  6. Flexibility during peak operational periods is essential.

Our depot specializes in the transport, storage, and local distribution of palletized products for customers throughout the Gold Coast and Northern NSW Region.
