Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and market share by managing channel performance, sales strategies, and execution of programs.
  • Develop strategic account plans to grow new categories.
  • Manage forecasting, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Track and report performance, and formulate incentives.

Additional Key Accountabilities:

  • Implement retail training plans to educate and build awareness of the brand/products.
  • Develop and execute channel plans with retail programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager in a telco industry setting.
  • Achieve sales targets within set deadlines.
  • Toggle between strategic and detail-oriented thinking.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, influencing, and selling skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
