Key Corporate Sales Leadership Role

This executive position oversees and drives the sales strategy for Australia-based corporate clients.

The successful candidate will lead a team to achieve annual sales targets and profitability growth, while expanding market share through strategic account planning and relationship-building.

  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence in Australia.
    • Drive strategic account planning to grow wallet share with key clients.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Oversee the sales process from end-to-end, including client onboarding and implementation.
  • Collaboration & Partnership
    • Work collaboratively with internal partners to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
    • Proactively build and maintain partnerships with Wholesale Product and Global Corporate Banking resources.
  • Risk & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risk associated with business activities.
    • Address business issues related to risk, legal, and compliance.
  • Talent Management
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to drive growth and succession planning within the sales team.
