Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team. This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales professional who can identify and convert new business opportunities, develop tactical sales plans, and manage key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Sales Planning: Identify and convert new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Tactical Sales Execution: Develop and execute tactical sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts through regular engagement and strong client relationship management.
  • Presentation and Networking: Host site inspections, familiarisation visits, and presentations that showcase hotel offerings.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, networking functions, and industry events.
About You:
  • A minimum 3 years' experience in a hotel or hospitality sales role, ideally with a focus on corporate markets.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
