We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Crisis Manager to lead our emergency management sector engagement and customer needs analysis.
This is an ongoing role located in Canberra, with opportunities to work from other locations including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Hobart.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement crisis management strategies to support decision making of the Emergency Management sector and the Australian community.
- Analyse customer needs to inform product and service design and delivery.
- Provide 7-day-a-week operational decision support and related services.
This is a key position within our organisation, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-team activities and managing external committees.
