Key Responsibilities

As a Residential Care Professional, your primary objective will be to nurture the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. This will involve developing personalized care plans, providing assistance with daily living tasks, and promoting independence where possible.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with residents and their families, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of resident-centered care principles and practices is also essential.
