As a dedicated care professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents in our residential aged care facilities.

The ideal candidate will be compassionate, empathetic, and possess excellent communication skills. They will also have the ability to develop and implement individualized care plans in consultation with residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in consultation with residents and their families.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in Residential Aged Care, preferably in a residential setting.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to read and interpret written documents.
