About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Manager Residential Care for our Clayton South site.

The Clayton facility provides luxurious accommodation and contemporary care to 152 residents. The facility is recognised by the Department of Health and Ageing as a provider of nursing care to Australian elders of culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) background.

Fronditha Care is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager Residential Care who will be responsible to meet budgetary and legislative requirements and optimising ACFI's standards. You will have to be committed to quality care, have strong people skills and a keen interest to deliver results.

It is envisaged that the successful applicant will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Aged Care Services
  • Registration in General Nursing
  • Minimum 5 years post graduate nursing experience
  • A strong understanding of current legislation
  • Sensitivity to cultural diversity and an understanding of CALD specific services.
  • Entrepreneurial approach

This role is fully supported by a strong administration team and guidance provided by the Executive Manager of Residential Services.
