About the Role:

  • We are seeking a talented Electrical Design Specialist to join our Engineering Team in Adelaide.
  • You will work on innovative high-voltage infrastructure projects for the National Electricity Grid, including substations, grid connections, and battery storage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To create high-quality design artefacts, technical documentation, and other tasks in line with project plans and standards.
  • Interpreting and implementing design information from Design Engineers and Managers.
  • Experience producing CAD drawings in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with client standards prior to manufacturing/construction.
  • Previous experience in substation design is highly regarded.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • The ability to interpret and implement design information from Design Engineers and Managers.
  • Experience producing CAD drawings in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with client standards prior to manufacturing/construction.
  • Experience with 3D design is highly regarded.
  • Tertiary studies are highly valued.
