About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Design Drafter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled drafter to contribute to the design and construction of high voltage infrastructure projects.

As a Senior Design Drafter, you will provide technical and engineering design input and assistance to project managers and engineers. You will also assist in resolving technical project queries and deliver high-quality results that meet standards and project deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation, as well as 5 years or more experience as a Senior Design Drafter – specialising in High Voltage Primary Systems.

This is a mid-senior level position with a full-time employment type, requiring project management and engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support design and construction teams with technical and engineering design input
  • Assist project managers and engineers in resolving technical project queries
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with client engineers, suppliers and subcontractors
