Senior Project Lead: High Voltage Infrastructure
About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Lead to oversee the delivery of high voltage infrastructure projects across Australia. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead project teams to deliver high voltage transmission, HV substations, and solar farms
- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Support contract management and negotiate with clients
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Degree qualified in electrical engineering or relevant field
- Extensive experience in design management of high voltage substations (33kv and upwards) and renewable energy projects
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
