Electrical Infrastructure Designer Role
We are looking for an Electrical Modeller to contribute to detailed design and digital modelling of energy infrastructure projects, including Renewable Energy Zones (REZs) and transmission upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop High Voltage design drafting packages, collaborating with designers, engineers, and clients across Australia and offshore.
- Lead and contribute to digital modelling and drafting of Transmission and distribution projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on detailed and concept design, supporting offshore coordination.
- Apply technical knowledge to ensure accuracy, compliance, and innovation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in High Voltage Transmission and Distribution or Industrial Projects.
- Strong skills using AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
- Experience with Secondary Electrical / Control Systems or High Voltage transmission line projects.
- Experience coordinating with offshore design teams.
- Solid understanding of AU/NZ standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
