
HR Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated HR professional to join our dynamic and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to plan workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.
- Build talent pipelines through strategic networking and industry engagement.
- Provide seamless support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coach managers on best practices in recruitment and talent management.
- Oversee talent development and succession planning.
- Support HR projects and ensure compliance with employment agreements.
Requirements
You must be skilled in delivering exceptional customer service, effective communication, and strategic thinking. Experience in HR operations, stakeholder engagement, and working with HR systems is advantageous.
