This role is an opportunity to join our Human Resources team as a key member in driving business success. As a talent acquisition and development professional, you will play a vital part in attracting, growing, and retaining top talent through strategic business partnering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to develop workforce strategies and recruitment plans.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from job advertising to hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives that enhance diversity and inclusion.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through industry engagement and networking.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process for a seamless experience.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on recruitment best practices.
- Lead talent development and succession planning initiatives.
- Support HR projects and ensure compliance with employment agreements.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated HR professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strategic thinking, and operational excellence is essential. Experience in HR operations, stakeholder engagement, and working with HR systems (such as Workday) is highly valued. A tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources is required, with a strong focus on people management and organizational development.
