Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team.

This key role plays a vital part in driving business success, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.

  • Partner with managers to plan workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job advertising to hiring decisions.
  • Develop employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Build talent pipelines through networking and industry engagement.
  • Coach managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Oversee talent development and succession planning.
  • Support HR projects and compliance with employment agreements.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated HR professional with a passion for people and collaboration.

You should possess strong skills in delivering exceptional customer service, effective communication, and strategic thinking.

Experience in HR operations, stakeholder engagement, and working with HR systems (such as Workday) is highly advantageous.

A tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources is required.
