About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing Leader to drive operational delivery and lead safety strategy across multiple sites.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver health, safety and wellbeing strategies, risk management and governance systems
    • Oversee incident frameworks, audits and stakeholder engagement
    • Build leader capability and shape organisational culture

Skills & Experience

A strategic HSW professional with a track record of delivering safety outcomes

  • Degree in OHS or equivalent
  • 10+ years in senior WHS leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, governance and compliance
  • Proven experience coaching safety teams and influencing stakeholders
