Key Responsibilities
Oversee HSW strategy, critical risk programs, and governance across VIC/TAS & NT/SA
Mentor HSW teams and coach leaders to build safety capability
Manage complex investigations, audits, and regulator engagement

Lead regional HSW strategy and mentor safety professionals, shaping safety leadership and performance.
Based in Melbourne, lead HSW strategy and critical risk programs across multiple sites in VIC/TAS & SA/NT
Mentor partners and advisors to strengthen capability
Manage audits, regulator liaison, and complex investigations
About the Role
We seek a highly experienced Senior Partner - Health, Safety & Wellbeing to lead safety initiatives and embed a proactive culture across diverse operations.
Reporting to the HSW Regional Manager, you'll oversee regional safety programs, manage risk registers, and provide strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning and delivery of HSW programs and initiatives across VIC/TAS & SA/NT
Manage risk registers, incident reporting, and regulator liaison
Mentor and coach HSW Partners and Advisors
Deliver training and capability-building across sites
Skills & Experience
Degree in OHS or equivalent
5+ years in senior WHS roles
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, compliance, and risk management
Proven experience leading investigations and driving improvement
