About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Accord Care Qld Pty, providing person-centred disability support services to NDIS participants. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with personal care and day-to-day activities in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with personal care and day-to-day activities in their homes and communities
  • Provide positive behaviour support to clients
  • Complete documentation through shift notes, incident reporting, and data collection
  • Contribute to the team's objective of providing the best outcomes for clients
  • Work with the team leader to implement and review plans around daily service provision
  • Maintain a professional relationship with clients and adhere to the NDIS and company code of conduct

What We Offer:

  • Part-time/Casual positions
  • Competitive pay rates up to $40.26/hour
  • Weekend rate: up to $72.47
  • 11% super
  • 5 weeks annual leave

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or higher (or the ability to acquire an appropriate qualification)
  • Mental health experience
  • High medical background
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Verbal/written communication and relationship-building skills
