About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing person-centred disability support services to NDIS participants. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 support in the home and out in the community for individuals with high needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community
  • Provide positive behaviour support to our clients
  • Complete appropriate documentation through shift notes, incident reporting, and data collection
  • Contribute to the team's overall objective of providing the best outcomes for our clients
  • Work with your team leader to implement and review plans around daily service provision
  • Maintain a professional relationship with clients and adhere to the NDIS and company code of conduct
What We Offer
  • Part-time/Casual positions
  • Competitive Pay Rates up to $40.26/hour
  • Weekend Rate: up to $72.47
  • 5 weeks Annual Leave
  • Onsite Training Opportunities for Career Progression
  • Qualification/Experience: Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or Higher (or the ability to acquire an appropriate qualification)
