We are a trusted provider of person-centred disability support services to NDIS participants. Our services include Supported Independent Living, In-home care, Community Participation, Short-Term Accommodation, Community Nursing, and Allied Health Services.

Job Title: Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our team in Multiple locations around Brisbane and Gold Coast. The successful candidate will provide 24/7 support in the home and out in the community for High needs Participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support people with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community
  • Provide positive behaviour support to our clients
  • Complete appropriate documentation through shift notes, incident reporting and data collection
  • Contribute to the team's overall objective of providing the best outcomes for our clients
  • Work with your team leader to implement and review plans around daily service provision
  • Maintain a professional relationship with clients and adhere to the NDIS and company code of conduct
What We Offer:
  • Part-time/Casual positions
  • Competitive Pay Rates up to $40.26/hour
  • Weekend Rate: up to $72.47
  • 5 weeks Annual Leave

  • Qualification/Experience: Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or Higher(or the ability to acquire an appropriate qualification)

  • Mental Health Experience
  • High Medical Background
  • Problem-Solving Skills
  • Verbal/Written Communication and Relationship Building Skills
