We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead the delivery of complex software implementation programs within the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.
  • Apply project management methodologies to oversee large-scale software implementations, focusing on SaaS solutions for higher education.
  • Coordinate resource deployment across multiple time zones, leveraging both onshore and offshore teams to achieve delivery excellence.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring early escalation and resolution to maintain program momentum and quality.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of related work experience, with specialized knowledge in managing complex, high-value programs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale program implementations in higher education, ideally with Student Management or ERP systems.
  • Expertise in managing schedules, activities, resources, and risks for complex software implementations.
