Lead Implementation Specialist
The Lead Implementation Specialist will play a key role in the coordination of the Ballarat Community Saturation Model initiative, aiming to deliver long-term systemic change in the prevention of violence against women and family violence in Ballarat.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop clear work plans in consultation with team members, facilitating regular progress updates to monitor efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide governance groups with secretariat support and coordinate briefing papers for the design and implementation of the Ballarat Community Saturation Model.
- Alignment with Respect Victoria's values and the Victorian Public Sector principles.
- Relevant work experience and/or education; understanding and working knowledge of the prevention of family violence, violence against women, and the whole-of-government operating environment.
- Project delivery: translating strategies into programs/projects that enable achievement of outcomes required.
- Stakeholder management: identifying issues common to clients or stakeholders and using them to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving: considering the wider business context when resolving issues.
The successful candidate will have excellent project coordination skills, strong stakeholder engagement abilities, and the capacity to think critically and solve problems effectively. They will be able to translate strategies into actionable projects and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
