EHS Program Implementation Specialist

Job Title: Environmental Health Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Implementation Lead: Oversee the implementation of EHS programs at regional data centers.
- Performance Manager: Monitor and improve EHS performance metrics annually.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Perform workplace risk and exposure assessments for various hazards.
- Support incident investigations and root cause analyses to identify corrective actions.
- Deliver training programs to meet EHS requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in EHS with worldwide regulations.
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 8+ years of EHS experience with worldwide regulations.
- OR Master's Degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field AND 6+ years of EHS experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: required upon hire/transfer and every two years.
- Citizenship Verification: Australian citizenship verification to meet federal security requirements.
- NV1/2, PV Clearance Assessment: may require an enhanced background check through the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency.
