About the opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager – Government & Identity Solutions, the Business Implementation Lead (Government & Identity Solutions) will collaborate with Product Managers to execute operational plans, manage resources, and support the deployment of initiatives that promote product and service adoption.

This role involves supporting daily operations with a customer-centric approach, including resolving payment issues, managing compliance and feedback, and coordinating system updates. You will identify improvement opportunities, assist with product releases, billing, purchase orders, and triage technical issues and incidents raised by agencies or helpdesks. It's a hands-on role that offers ownership of projects and opportunities to develop your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What you'll deliver with us

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Risk teams to align program execution with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Manage change requests by assessing impact, coordinating implementation, and ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Lead the resolution of program-related incidents to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Update policies and procedures, supporting regulatory and compliance activities to meet industry standards.

About you

We seek someone with experience or interest in government or identity-related work, who enjoys problem-solving and taking initiative. You will be supported by the team but comfortable working independently, asking questions, and navigating ambiguity with resilience and curiosity.

You'll also need

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments confidently and professionally.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
