The Role

You'll be a hands-on, customer-obsessed leader motivating your team to deliver exceptional experiences. Drive revenues by running successful shifts and exceeding customer expectations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage Front of House & Back of House operations, including rosters, training, profit management, forecasting, recruitment, costs, and labor.
  • Assist in managing all aspects of a busy, multi-faceted entertainment venue.
  • Develop and upskill your team members and yourself.
Requirements

You'll need:

  • Energy, enthusiasm, positivity.
  • A valid RSA and Working with Children Check.
  • An ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Proven experience in hospitality venues (bar, kitchen, functions etc.).
  • Strong time management skills and administrative experience.
