As a dedicated and detail-oriented individual, we are seeking an experienced Property Coordinator to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are always guest ready and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest enquiries and check ins/outs, providing a warm welcome and ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay.
  • Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs to guarantee everything is in top condition, including basic tasks such as globe changes and tightening loose items.
  • Oversee our cleaning team and ensure properties are thoroughly cleaned and prepared between guests' stays, adhering to high standards.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for solutions that exceed guest expectations.
  • Provide guests with local recommendations and insider tips to enhance their experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management or accommodation hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and online booking platforms is necessary.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards are imperative.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays if necessary.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car are also required.
