Community Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support services to our clients in the Nepean region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, social support, transport, shopping, or community outings.
  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect, including showering, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist clients to live independently by supporting with domestic assistance, meal preparation, and companionship.

Requirements:

  • A caring, empathetic, and patient personality is essential.
  • Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training.
  • Residency in the Nepean region is required.
  • Manual handling experience is desirable.
  • Relevant qualifications such as Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent are highly desirable.
