Water Infrastructure Development Leader

As a seasoned Water Infrastructure Project Lead, you will oversee the development of large-scale water infrastructure projects from concept to completion. This involves leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead technical design development, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance teams for integrated design solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and designers, promoting their professional growth and development.
- Identify and mitigate design risks, manage scope changes, and ensure quality assurance through independent reviews.
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering and proven experience leading design teams on water infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of Australian water industry standards and regulations is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
Chartered Engineer status (CPEng) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
