Job Title

We are searching for a seasoned Water Infrastructure leader to join our dynamic team. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for the overall design delivery of projects, working closely with end clients and contractors.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in delivering large-scale water infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to outstanding quality standards. They will possess excellent communication skills, high-quality technical and non-technical report writing abilities, and experience in client relationship management.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project delivery teams.
  • Oversee the design delivery process, ensuring projects meet quality, time, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with leaders across our ANZ team for delivery of projects and assist with project resourcing and business initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience.
  • Experience in water infrastructure engineering and design.
  • A proven track record in delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
