About This Role

This is a 12-month casual opportunity offering training and the chance to leverage your rostering, planning, scheduling, or service delivery background.

  • A rotating day shift work roster is included.
Key Responsibilities
  • You will develop rosters and assign crew based on skill level, availability, and EA conditions.
  • Manage service plans to identify conflicts, constraints, efficiency, and effectiveness opportunities.
  • Contribute to deploying new and existing services with operations to improve business and customer performance.
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work a rotating day shift roster.
  • Excellent communication skills with multiple mediums.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Tech-savviness with multiple software applications.
