A Strategic Leader is needed to drive Capability Growth and deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic plans for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent consultants.
- Serve as a thought leader to ensure successful delivery of solutions today and drive future-focused capabilities.
- Partner with the sales team to deliver sustainable solutions by the organisation.
- Raise visibility of your team, technology, and capability through thought leadership forums.
- Contribute to conceptualising repeatable customer solutions using templates, collateral, lessons learnt, and reviews.
- Engage in knowledge sharing and collaboration with Executive leadership and National Capability Leads.
- Design effective Go To Market Service Offerings aligned to Capability Strategy and business objectives.
- Train resources to represent the capability in pre-sales and post-sales technical scenarios at a national level.
- Build a professional network to enhance visibility and thought leadership in the external marketplace.
- Develop an agile people capability that meets forecasted sales requirements through strategic workforce planning.
- Implement a comprehensive induction program for new hires.
- Regularly check role progress and satisfaction of people in the Capability.
- Monitor resource utilisation to match projected targets, margins, and people development goals.
- Develop the Capabilities national strategy aligned to the vision of the business strategy and objectives.
- Operate within financial targets and monitor performance.
- Uplift the capability of people by ensuring targeted development across technical and soft skills.
- Review people performance and have tough conversations to aid growth and development.
- Connect people and work to the impact and value of the capability and organisation.
- Review and manage the workforce to ensure utilisation aligns to target state.
- Ensure capability assets are reviewed, shared, and captured at project completion.
- Prioritise team health, safety, and wellbeing.
- Evaluate methods for control and mitigation of risks.
- Maintain company accreditations through system and process review.
